"The Pumpkin" is an apartment of 45 square meters, is on the ground floor and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, furnished veranda for eating out.

Additional bed or crib can be added. Each added person over the second has an additional cost of € 15 per day (except for children under 2 years).

The cost includes: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen (with towel change twice a week and sheets once a week). Water and electricity consumption. Use of wi-fi. Use of the swimming pool with deckchairs and sun loungers. Use of the barbecue.

Final cleaning: daily stays € 30 / weekly stays € 50
